We would like to inform you that the programs of the 17th Belgrade Game Festival were originally planned and announced in the period from March 13 to April 12, 2020. year, postponed in accordance with international measures prescribed in order to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus, measures to ban public gatherings, and then a state of emergency declared in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Through the efforts of the organizers and the companies whose participation was planned, the program will be announced in September and November 2020. The new calendar of the Festival is available on our website.

Thank you for submitting your refund or ticket change requests. The money will be in your account soon.

All tickets for delayed programs are valid, and you do not need to change them. Just save your tickets. If the new date for the chosen program does not suit you, you can redirect the funds to other festival programs (for those who bought tickets online) or return them.

Unfortunately, one performance was canceled (guest appearance of the HNK Ballet from Rijeka). You can redirect tickets for that program to another festival program (for those who bought tickets online) or return them.

If you bought the tickets on the website of the Belgrade DanceFestival and want to return them, you need to in the period from May 20 to June 1, 2020 do the following:

1. to the e-mail address protocol@belgradedancefestival.com forward the original email with the order confirmation : and tickets you received from the site.

2. In the text of the e-mail, write exactly which tickets you want to be refunded.

We will collect and check the correctly submitted requests, and then return the funds immediately after this period. If you bought tickets at the theater, you can request a refund at the theater box office.
