In accordace with the Law of Customers care, the customer has the rights to cancel his purchase without any reason in the timeframe of 14 days after the ticket is delivered. With the cancelation of the purchase you are free of any obligations. Your statement about the cancelation legaly begins from the moment you have sent it.

In the case of returning goods and repayment to the buyer who has previously paid for the tickets by payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Belgrade Dance Festival is obliged to refund only through Visa, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank at the request of the seller, will return the funds to the account linked to the card.

If you have changed your mind after the purchase of the ticket and you wish to switch it for an other available ticket in the same or lower price range, please contact us at: protocol@belgradedancefestival.com and send us the purchase number and the information about the ticket you wish to obtain.
