The program began on March 6, with the performance of the champions and soloists of the New York City Ballet at the Serbian National Theater in Novi Sad, and the very next day in Belgrade on the stage of the Yugoslav Drama Theater. The audience has been waiting for this visit since the previous year, keeping their tickets for more than a year.

The performance of the famous players was followed by over 800 people in the halls of two theaters, as well as over 2000 people on the FB channel of the Belgrade Game Festival.

At the very end, the Serbian National Theater in Novi Sad hosted the troupe of Dimitris Papajoanu. The play "Ink" was performed on April 14 and 15, in front of almost 1,200 people.

The Greek visual artist and world-renowned choreographer brought numerous journalists, directors of important festivals and theaters from France, Poland and Israel to Novi Sad.

The audience also included representatives of the Avignon Festival, which is announcing the play "Ink" in July this year, as one of the central theater events.

This spring, the Belgrade Dance Festival was the only international art dance festival held in front of an audience in the world.

Due to the attractiveness of the productions, but also due to the fact that there are no other live theater meetings and events, numerous guests from abroad arrived in Serbia, and the Festival was reported by reputable media in Italy, America, Greece, France and Cuba.
